What if I don’t like my care package or what to make changes?
We will review your care package as often as is deemed necessary with either party to ensure we get it right for you.
How do I pay for my care?

Are SAP Care registered to provide homecare services?
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
How quickly can you start?
We will always start as quickly as possible. However, before that can happen, we will need conduct an in-depth assessment. The assessment helps us understand more about you and the requirements of care and support needed. This also helps us assign the perfect carer for the role.
Can I choose which carer I would like?
We very rarely have just one care assistant assigned to a particular client. This allows for periods of time where your care assistant may be away on holiday, however we do try to keep the number of your care assistants to an absolute minimum.
What happens on Bank Holidays?
Care needs are constant, so our care services are available 365 days a year. We’re able to provide care on Bank Holidays unless you tell us it’s not required, but please note, national holiday care days are charged at a higher rate.
Where do SAP Care operate?
We are a family-owned local care provider, proudly serving the communities of Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Redhill, Reigate, and their surrounding areas. Our offices are conveniently located in Tonbridge and Reigate, and we warmly invite you to visit us in person.
For our 'live-in care' clients, our services extend across the entire UK.
