OUR STORY

Founded in 2011 by Registered Nurse Usebia Muzondo, SAP Care Services has grown into a leading local Domiciliary Care and Supported Living serving the areas of Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, and Maidstone in Kent, as well as home care in Surrey, including Redhill and Reigate, and home care in West Sussex, including Crawley. In 2016, we expanded into home care in Kent, launching a home care division in January 2017. This division continues to grow, positioning SAP Care as a potential number one home care agency in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, and the surrounding areas. We later expanded into Surrey, including Redhill and Reigate, as well as Crawley in West Sussex, where we are still working to grow our home care services. In 2024, SAP Care Services received recognition in homecare.co.uk’s small care group list, an achievement highlighted in this article. We are also proudly listed on the Hospice UK Corporate Directory, further showcasing our commitment to quality care.

Home Care Services

Our Domiciliary Care Services provide the best personalised home care services to clients in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, and the surrounding areas, as well as home care in Surrey and West Sussex. We support clients who prefer to remain in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Our services are designed to assist clients of all dependency levels, promoting independence and dignity.

Nursing Agency Services

We also offer Nursing Agency services to support healthcare facilities such as Nursing Homes and Hospitals with their staffing needs. Our healthcare professionals are available for both short-term and long-term assignments, ensuring continuity of care.

We have an experienced management team, with over 20 years in the industry, who ensures we maintain these high standards.

Our Branch Manager has over 25 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Hospitals, Hospices, and Nursing Homes. The Care Coordinators we work with are chosen for their passion for caring and their expertise in the field.

OUR APPROACH

At the heart of SAP Care is our personalised Personal Care Plan. We conduct a free in-home assessment to create a care plan tailored to each client’s needs.
